Our Attorneys
Timothy Bevevino
Tim began his practice in Ohio in 1987. He returned to his hometown of Warren, Pennsylvania, in 1991 to join the firm, then known as Swanson, Bevevino, and Millin. Tim's practice focuses on commercial and residential real estate transactions, liquor licensing, civil litigation, and municipal law. He currently serves as solicitor for multiple different municipal entities, including townships, boroughs, and one county, as well as municipal utility authorities and zoning hearing boards. Tim is also very active in the community, and he presently serves on the Board of Directors of Warren General Hospital.
Annie Sharp
Annie grew up in rural Somerset County, Pennsylvania. After completing her undergraduate degree at the University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown, she attended law school at New England School of Law in Boston. Annie returned to Pennsylvania upon graduation to serve as a judicial law clerk in the 37th Judicial District of Pennsylvania. She began her private practice career with the law firm in 2012. Annie focuses her practice on family law matters, such as divorce, child custody, child support and adoptions. Annie also represents clients in a variety of civil matters, including guardianships, civil actions, residential and commercial real estate transactions and estate planning. Annie is a former board member of the Warren Public Library and is a current board member of the United Fund of Warren County.

Lori McCool
Lori has been with our firm since 1989. Lori currently is our office manager and assists both attorneys with legal work, focusing on Attorney Bevevino's real estate and municipal work.
Buffy Check
Buffy is our legal secretary that assists with our estate administration work and works closely with Attorney Sharp on family law matters.
Emily McMillen
Emily is the newest member of our firm as she joined us as a legal secretary in 2021. Emily assists with all legal work for both attorneys and handles the scheduling at our office.
